Do you have a DBS certificate?
Yes, I have a recent DBS certificate and am on the update service. I am committed to the welfare and safeguarding of children. I hold the role of safeguarding governor in a UK Primary school and have completed Designated Safeguarding Lead training and certificate (January 2025). What are your qualifications?
I have a B.Ed (hons) in Education from the University of Cambridge, a Certificate in Education from the University of Cambridge and Qualified Teacher Status. I also have 4 A-Levels (including Geography, Music and English), 9 GCSEs, and additional Level 2 qualifications in: Equality and Diversity. Understanding Special Education Needs and Disabilities, and Neuroscience in the Early Years.
Where does your tuition take place?
From anywhere in the world, for home educating living in the UK or families living in worldwide locations, travelling families and world schooling families… my lessons take place online on Zoom, supplemented by Class Dojo. Lessons can take place on Voov for mainland China, if you are unable to access Zoom.
What is your fee?
A one hour lesson is £40. For international clients there is a very small transaction fee. I want lessons to be affordable for all, therefore I offer 45 minutes at £30 and 30 minutes at £20.
